Encore Carpet Cleaning offers a professional, top-notch cleaning service. They actually answered their phone during their business hours (the other companies I called did not). Our three older wool area rugs look fantastic again, and the new synthetic rugs show no trace of the terrible accident our dog had on them last week. The price was reasonable too. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Encore again!
